I just felt the need to share that.
Didn’t do much over the weekend. Finished a big drawing friday, went and bought
random books saturday, and carved up carving experiment #3. I’ll soon get my
wood carving merit badge.

Considering theres been a recent revival of chess playing at the office, and my
weekend adventures, seems like an approriate link.
I Fuse Metal!
Drove home to my parents house this weekend. Got my dad to show me some of the
basics of welding. In this case, wire feed MIG welding. Difficulty level was about
what I expected, not too hard to learn basic welds, lots of practice required for
anything more advanced. But glad I had someone to show it to me, instead of
trying to do it myself.
