the power supply on my home computer died Thursday (hmm, whats that ozone smell coming
from..?) and apparently took the motherboard with it.

So I managed to stay away from computers for the weekend. Even found
myself at one point using *gasp* the phonebook.

Went to the Shadow of a Great Name/The Real Killers/ Polydactyl show
Saturday. Talked with Badger
a bit.

Spent most of the rest of the weekend buying books and cds. Never walk into
a cd store intending not to buy anything. Walked out with half a dozen used
cd’s (zappa/freak out, steve tibbets/the fall of us all, curve/cukoo, warren
cuccuillo/for frank, sterolab/something or another, and the old nc compilation
pyloric waves). And had to grab the new Trans Am while I was at it.
