monday meeting, kind of picked a crappy pen to take with me, and it was
kind of grungy, so this one is kind of sloppy

Mostly uneventful weekend. Went with badger over to Music Explorium and
Nice Price Books. Witnessed an in person demonstration of why badger’s cd collection
outnumbers mine 10 to 1 ;->

Any Raleigh folks ever taken any of the art classes offered by Parks and Rec
at Pullen or Sertoma? Saw an interesting sound sculpture class I thought
about signing up for (if it’s not too late, starts this week…).

These two are fairly big originals (rougly 16×20 inches) so I couldn’t scan them,
so excuse the relatively poor “scans” (aka, photos with my digital camera…)

I’m glad I have no style. Or at least, no overwhelming urge to act on that style.

It seems like every time I see a piece of furniture I like, and then when I
look at the price, it’s insane. Of course, I’m also cheap. Could be related.

Guess thats why my apartment has nothing on the walls, and a handful
of mismatched furniture. I tend to think of it as “lazy minimalist white trash”.

Latest example of this is flat file cabinets. Like the kind you use for
storing blueprints. I think that would be very nice. Alas, they are
insanely expensive.
